About: Restaurant/shop Information
Fresh fish and shellfish are directly sent from producers to this special eatery. In addition, fresh “Yamagata Sakuranbo Chicken (using cherry juice for feed)” is used every day. What supports delicious cuisine is white rice and Fukushima’s sake, which are specialties of the restaurant owner and are obtained from Aizu. The owner deeply adores the Hanaizumi brand so much that it is the only kind he uses. The 14 types of Hanaizumi sake on offer are each a special experience.
Famous sake from Fukushima－Hanaizumi. The owner sticks with what works and maintains plentiful lineups which are absolutely No.1 in Tokyo. Customers can enjoy all of the lineups or can sip a little of their favorite ones.
