About: Restaurant/shop Information
The restaurant owner supported Fukushima at the request of regular customers. The second-generation owner runs this long-established restaurant with 67 years of history since its foundation. He tries to use vegetables produced in Fukushima as much as possible, with a central focus on leeks used as a spice. Moreover, there are several types of Fukushima brands of Japanese sake, such as Naraman and Daishichi.
Fukusuke has a 66-year history since its foundation and thus, they do not do a sloppy job when it comes to any of the details. The best of its characteristic is his passion to support Fukushima. Wearing a badge on his chest, he says out of his conviction, “I will never give up,” I felt his strong love for Fukushima here.
