About: Restaurant/shop Information

The restaurant owner is from Bandaiatami, Koriyama City, and manages Hanare no yado Yomogino, among other establishments. The menu uses Fukushima ingredients, such as horsemeat directly sent from Aizubange and eggs of Aizu Chicken. There is a rare assortment of Japanese sake including “Hiroki.” At the end of eating and drinking, customers can enjoy Jyuwari Soba made in Yamatomachi, Kitakata City. This place is a well-known restaurant in Omori in which customers are able to drink Fukushima sake, which goes well with Fukushima side dishes. To finish off the meal and drinks, customers can eat Fukushima soba.

[Interviewer comments]
Raw horse meat sashimi made in Aizubange will be directly sent to the restaurant. Customers are able to enjoy a single plate of thigh meat and loins. We recommend customers to finish off the meal with hand-made buckwheat noodle made by 100% buckwheat flour from Yamato.
