About: Restaurant/shop Information
There are many Fukushima banks and corporate branches due to the nature of Ginza. Musshu Mizuki is adored by workers and corporate personnel who have connections with Fukushima. In particular, customers are very pleased to taste the rare Shirakawa Kogen Seiryu Pork, which has been certified as a Shirakawa City agricultural product brand and is difficult to find in Tokyo. This restaurant is particular about ingredients and Japanese sake.
The manager used to be a sake brewer from Daishichi Sake Brewery. Based on his own life experiences in Fukushima and Tohoku, after the Great East Japan Earthquake, the manager was thinking about providing assistance through Tohoku ingredients. This resulted in an encounter with Shirakawa Kogen Seiryu Pork, and the manager was moved by such taste, which thereafter became a staple of the restaurant.
