About: Restaurant/shop Information
This restaurant offers salad bar lunch with vegetables sent directly from their places of origin around Japan. Among other things, vegetables made in Otama Village are used for various salads, pastas, soups, and the like, throughout the whole year. This restaurant makes efforts to sell vegetables made in Otama Village at the counter on a regular basis. “Raiho” (summer and autumn strawberries) made in Iitate Village are used for strawberry drinks and “pink smoothies”.
Mr. Hirose visits the places where products originate and communicates with producers. And then develops the menu. The “pink smoothies” are lovely with their combination of a red-pink color and sour taste. They have a really nice aftertaste. I completely understand why this place has lots of fans.
