The manager served as a chef in the Hotel Tatsumiya in Fukushima City after the Great East Japan Earthquake, and had deep exchanges with different parties involved with the prefecture. The manager has purchased Abukuma organic vegetables from contracted farmers in Ono Town since its foundation, and is particular about other safe ingredients that should be good beauty, and health. He has a deep passion for assisting ingredients and people in Fukushima.

Based on the idea of providing the children of the future with as healthy food items as possible, he has started organic farming and become well-acquainted with farmers’ efforts and challenges. That’s why he is particular about organic vegetables made in the prefecture. I am pleased to know that the manager would like to use more organic vegetables and ingredients produced in Fukushima.
