About: Restaurant/shop Information
After the restaurant owner underwent soba training in Iwaki City, soba dining nagomi was opened in September 2010. At this restaurant, customers can enjoy Fukushima’s local dishes, such as Jyuwari Soba, using flavorful buckwheat flours made in Aizu, Fukushima, original Silk Soba, and menus using Date Chicken. This establishment offers an atmosphere that allows a female customer to enjoy meal all by herself.
[Interviewer comments]
Original Silk Soba offers a smooth taste when dipped with noodle soup arranged with sansho (Japanese pepper), and customers can enjoy two types of soba. Dashimaki tamago (a rolled Japanese-style omelet) using Date Chicken is carefully fried to be fluffy, which goes well with sake.
