The chef is from Iwaki City. He uses rice from Koizumien in Iwaki City for specialty ”earthenware pot rice” and Foie gras tantanmen noodles (a Szechuan dish of noodles covered with a sauce of sesame paste and chili oil). The restaurant is in a style of an open kitchen which adds a feeling of nature to make customers enjoy fragrances of wood for counters and tables, the cuisine, and wines. 。

A calm, peaceful atmosphere flows within the restaurant. It is recommended that customers visit here when they would like to enjoy dining or have a memorable time. The chef has eaten rice from Koizumien used for the restaurant since the days he spent in Iwaki. He eats it because it is delicious. It is totally understandable that “earthenware pot rice” is their specialty.
