Kitchen Frypan is a restaurant founded 41 years ago. Kitchen Frypan is run by a couple from Aizumisato Town. It is the only place that gives customers a chance to eat Aizu’s authentic sauce cutlet bowls in Tokyo. They use Koshihikari (rice) made in Aizu. Fresh horse meat sashimi dipped with secret spicy sauce is popular as well.

An Aizu sauce cutlet bowl is served with soft meats on cabbages and a fruity sauce, making customers want to come again. A combination of extremely fresh horsemeat sashimi and Japanese sake is recommended. Customers can feel at home with the hospitality of the friendly restaurant owner couple.
