About: Restaurant/shop Information
This is the first restaurant which was certified as an original product by JA Aizu-Yotsuba. The owner wants many customers to know and eat Aizu cuisines, such as red horse meat sashimi served with miso mixed with mustard. Out of his passion, he opened Hikodori in April 2016. Exchanges involving products of origin are proactively conducted, such as tours to see the prefectural producers targeting its customers.
It is obvious that Hikodori steadily collaborates with JA Aizu-Yotsuba from its exterior. The manager says, “Ingredients and cuisine eaten in Fukushima on a daily basis are very tasty. He also says, “We want to communicate the attractiveness of Aizu and the current situation of Fukushima while deepening interactions with production areas to our customers.”
