About: Restaurant/shop Information
This is a sister restaurant of Kaikagetsu. The chief chef is particular about products made in “Joban” and has a connection with Soma’s fishermen. The chief chef purchases fish directly from Soma. The type of fish changes depending on the season and fishing conditions; yet the fish is cooked to suit Fukushima sake. This restaurant is located near the station and is very spacious, making it suitable for use by groups.
The chief chef purchases fish from Motofumi Kikuchi, the owner of Seishomaru who organizes the youth association of the Soma-Futaba Fisheries Cooperative Association. He is a fisherman involved in trawl fishing who is the top connoisseur in Soma. In Tokyo, customers can taste the best seasonal fish in Soma. Moreover, cuisines making the most of the materials used with skillful cooking techniques by the chief chef Aoki are exquisite. Customers cannot help but have lots of drinks.
