About: Restaurant/shop Information
Izakaya Kurobei is having the 40th anniversary of its foundation and is managed by the master from Motomiya City. The head chef’s local vegetables are used for the menu mainly in summer. In particular, “jumbokko” is a highly recommended and exquisite menu. Foreign language menus are available at this restaurant out of consideration for overseas customers to have a good time.
The restaurant offers a Showa-era retro atmosphere. If I had a place like this in my neighboring area, I would definitely be a heavy user. Gyusuji nikomi (beef tendons simmered in soy sauce) and jumbokko are so tasty that customers will definitely like them. There are more than 100 types of original menu items devised by the head chef. “Napori udon,” which emerged originally from meals prepared for employees, goes well with sake and customers may become addicted to it.
