About: Restaurant/shop Information
The restaurant manager himself goes to discover ingredients in Aizu, and purchases Aizu Chicken and Koshihikari (rice) made in Aizu for the menu. The manager wants customers to eat tasty rice made in Aizu as much as possible. Thus, a bowl of rice for free (one time only) is provided to customers for lunch. Rooms exclusively for use by families with babies and children are available.
There are plentiful menu items that allow customers to enjoy Aizu Chicken. The manager would like to enhance the lineup of ingredients made in Fukushima, such as vegetables and beef, and to clarify their style as a restaurant supporting Fukushima. Charcoal grilling fits with rice and sake very well. Soft, puffed baked Aizu chicken eggs are ordered by many repeat customers. At-home staff members welcome customers, and once customers visit this place, they will definitely want to visit it again.
