About: Restaurant/shop Information
From Fukushima to Tokyo－a broader spectrum of taste close to home. “I would like tasty Fukushima foods and sake to be known by as many people as possible”. The chef from Sukagawa City opened “postsyokudo” in April 2018. With a central focus on vegetables directly sent from the Nihonmatsu Farm, the best seasonal creative cuisine, Fukushima-gyu (beef), and local sake can be enjoyed here.
The appetizers’ assorted plate that allows customers to enjoy Fukushima’s best seasonal items is highly recommended. Do not miss the exquisite “Fukushima-gyu (beef) Roast with Rock Salt.” You can spend warm and memorable moments as if you had actually been to Fukushima.
