About: Restaurant/shop Information
Yasuragi has been loved by local people in Asakusa for 11 years, ever since it was started by the restaurant owner from Kitakata City. Customers can enjoy seasonal vegetables, fruits, apple juice, and more, delivered from his home (Hiratsuka Ringo En, an apple orchard), as well as horse meat sashimi and Aizu sake. The chef’s choices (1,500-5,000) are recommended.
[Interviewer comments]
When customers are at a loss for too many menu items, it is recommended that customers leave it to the restaurant owner at the cost of 2,500 yen or more. Home-made chawanmushi (Japanese steamed brothy egg-omelet cup) is highly recommended. Kitakata ramen with toppings of home-made chashu (slices of roast pork) should be eaten after sake is all drunk up. Apple juice varieties from Hiratsuka Ringo En can be purchased as souvenirs as well.
