About: Restaurant/shop Information
The wife of the restaurant owner is from Minamisoma City. The couple purchases Fukushima vegetables from their relatives and is fond of Koshihikari (rice) from Aizu. The restaurant offers an elegant atmosphere which is perfect for entertainment. Sakura don (fragrant bowls of rice with toppings of horsemeat that melts on the tongue) offered for lunch only is healthy and pickled horsemeat goes well with the Aizu rice, which is a very popular menu item.
The restaurant floor managed by the couple offers a tranquil atmosphere with a soft, tender air. I had sakura don (i.e., a fragrant bowls of rice topped with mouthwatering horsemeat) during this visit. Pickled horsemeat like fish sashimi can be enjoyed by anyone. Fukushima ingredients about which couples are particular are cooked with care.
