About: Restaurant/shop Information
The owner became a big fan of Aizu after encountering Eisen Shuzo. With a commitment to disseminate the goodness of Aizu, the owner opened this restaurant in the year following the Great East Japan Earthquake. The restaurant run by three generations offers not only local cuisines but also curried yakisoba (fried noodles) as a restaurant to serve Aizu cuisines.
[Interviewer comments]
The owner is a sake sommelier, and there is a plentiful lineup of sake. To finish off the meal and drinks, it is a tradition for customers to eat curry yakisoba (fried noodles) in Aizu. Here, subtly tasty curry yakisoba can be had. Miso dengaku (grilled eggplant with sweet miso paste) from locally famous Mitsutaya in Aizu can be realized as a restaurant original, and customers can encounter a nostalgic taste.
