About: Restaurant/shop Information
Hon’noriya uses strictly-selected puffy and soft Aizu Koshihikari. Rice is rinsed, and made to expand with a dash over high heat each day. There are about 14 types of omusubi (i.e., rice balls) in which ingredients emerge no matter which part of the triangle tip customers eat at all times, and customers can eat them at 12 restaurants in Tokyo and its suburbs.
My favorite choices are “shiomusubi (omusubi with salt),” “benijake ikura (red salmon and salmon roe),” and omusubi that uses seasonal ingredients. This restaurant is located within the station yard, and thus, it would be convenient for customers to stop by and immediately purchase omusubi. When customers have extra time, they can have the blissful experience of relaxing with omusubi and miso soup at an eat-in area.
